Corporate event décor planning across Quebec.

In Quebec, the most frequently used venues for corporate event décor are the Palais des congrès de Montréal, the Centre des congrès de Québec, the Théâtre Capitole de Québec and the SAT in Montreal · each with a different configuration and capacity. For smaller groups of 20 to 50 people, the converted industrial spaces of Trois-Rivieres or the heritage rooms of Vieux-Québec offer a distinctive setting that is hard to replicate elsewhere. Our teams have visited every venue and negotiate directly with the technical managers.

The budget for event décor in Quebec is priced on request, because it depends on the surface area to dress, attendee count, season, level of customization, installation duration and venue access constraints. The main line items are: graphic design, furniture rental, lighting, signage, delivery, installation and strike. An itemized quote by line item is delivered within 24 business hours, with no commitment required.

Spring · from May to June · offers the best balance of venue availability, reliable logistics and stable accommodation costs in Quebec. Winter (January to March) is favourable if you need available venues and accessible rates. Summer (July to August) suits outdoor events, but the heat complicates the transport of certain décor materials. Autumn (September to December) is peak season: booking 8 to 10 weeks in advance is essential.

As a standard, a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks allows you to secure the venue, décor material suppliers and the technical team. For premium venues such as the Palais des congrès de Montréal or the Centre des congrès de Québec, allow 10 to 12 weeks during peak periods (October to December). A shorter lead time is possible for targeted formats, but it limits the furniture and lighting options available through our partner suppliers.

Quebec winters present real constraints: snow-covered roads, sometimes restricted service access at venues, and materials sensitive to cold temperatures. Working across Quebec, we systematically build in a 2- to 3-hour buffer for delivery and installation during the winter period. Our partner suppliers in Montreal, Quebec and Trois-Rivieres are accustomed to these conditions. A delivery contingency plan is included in every contract for events scheduled between November and March.

Event décor in Quebec has more impact when it is paired with an activation that is consistent with the scenography. For a corporate evening, a photo activation integrated into the backdrop creates a memorable experience. For a product launch, professional event hosting sustains the room's energy throughout the program. For a convention, a corporate social responsibility activity reinforces the company's message. Every activation is chosen to serve the objective, not to fill the schedule.

Montreal is accessible in 3h30 from Toronto via Highway 401, in 2h30 from Ottawa via Highway 40, and 45 minutes from YUL Airport by shuttle or taxi. Quebec City is 2h45 from Montreal via Highway 20. Trois-Rivieres sits halfway between the two, 1h30 from each. INNOV'events coordinates transfers and shuttles for groups of 20 or more attendees.

Yes. A hybrid event in Quebec combines a dressed physical venue with a live stream for remote attendees. The scenography is designed to be legible on screen: front-facing lighting optimized for camera, a glare-free backdrop and speaker placement designed for video capture. Secure fibre connectivity and real-time question moderation are included in our production offer.

Yes, several options are available in Quebec. Renting rather than purchasing furniture, low-consumption LED lighting, recyclable print materials and local supply chains all reduce the environmental footprint of the décor. Quebec has a strong network of local product suppliers for signage and decorative elements. INNOV'events integrates these considerations into the central thread of each project on request.
